How far in advance should I book?

Due to the high demand for our exclusive services, we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. The earlier the reservation, the greater the guarantee of vehicle availability and top-quality service.

How does payment work?

To secure your reservation, we require a 20% deposit of the total amount upon confirmation.
We accept multiple payment methods including: credit cards, Zelle, Pix, wire transfers, and others upon negotiation. We are flexible to adapt to the client’s preferred payment method.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen events happen. Therefore, we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund of the deposit or credit for a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, as we dedicate a vehicle and driver exclusively for your service.

Do you offer services for special events?

Can I request specific amenities in the vehicle?

Yes. At Elite Rides by Daniela, we offer personalized service. You can request amenities such as bottled water, snacks, cell phone chargers, child seats, and more. Special requests should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Do you offer transportation for larger groups?

Yes. Elite Rides by Daniela partners with trusted providers offering comfortable vans for 12, 14, and up to 18 passengers — ideal for groups, corporate events, families, or tours. All vans are properly licensed and operated by professional drivers, ensuring safety, punctuality, and comfort.
